Female Private Vitiligo

The causes of the depigmentation on female private part are various. Relative research shows, many vitiligo spots are initially happens on private part, if the female only have the white spots on private part but without inflammation, the vitiligo doesn’t need therapy.

Other diseases could lead the white spots on private part:

1. Sclerotic atrophic lichen, a chronic atrophic disease. During the initial stage, the patient could find needle tip size, white and waxy luster, harder papulae. When the papulae enlarged and mixed together, the skin and subcutaneous fat will shrink gradually.

2. Female leukodermia usually appears on the post-menopause females. This kind of white spots appears incomplete depigmentation, the symptoms are grey-white thickness, rough surface, has Infiltrating sense, streak or nets shape skin, sometimes with irregular shape. The leukodermia could happen inside labium, on the clitoris or vagina mucosa.

3. Vulva dermatitis such as eczema and neurodermatitis. Besides labium majus pudendi and the labia ditch, the vulva dermatitis could happens around anus.
